Precision Machining
H.E.M.E. has lathes (Manual/CNC) & mills (up to 4m beds), horizontal borers (large capacity), drills, slotting, arc spray, hydraulic and pneumatic tapping for all your pins, bushes, shafts, sleeves, keyways and much more.
Heavy Metal Fabrication
In terms of metal fabrication facilities, we have Hypertherm High Definition Bevel Head CNC Plasma Cutter, Miller Welders, Press Brake, Guillotine, Section Rolls, Punch & Shear, CNC Profile Cutter, Plate Roller, Linisher and Automatic Saws for all your heavy and light plate work.
Hydraulic Cylinder Design
We are a fully equipped machine shop—with a hydraulic pull down bench—for stripping and rebuilding of cylinders.
Line Boring and Welding
We have rotators and portable line borers with 40mm & 60mm bars for refurbishing of mounts, quick hitches and implements (mobile units available).
Sand Blasting and Painting
H.E.M.E. has purposely built sheds with filtration for implement painting finishes.
Diesel Fitting and Tilt Truck
We have pickup and delivery making for better time management.
