H.E.M.E.’s facilities have been developed and invested in over nearly 30 years to give our clients a single, reliable place to get complex engineering work done — without the delays, miscommunication or quality risk that comes from splitting jobs across multiple suppliers.
Our three main facilities operate under one roof and one team, giving you consistent quality and clear accountability from start to finish.
Our machine shop is the heart of our precision work. Equipped with CNC lathes capable of handling components up to 6 metres in length with a 1,200mm swing, alongside a 3- axis machining centre, horizontal borers, mills and drills — we have the capacity to manufacture, repair and modify components to tight tolerances, on time.
Dedicated blast and paint booths mean surface preparation and finishing are done properly, under controlled conditions — not as an afterthought. Whether it’s a single component or a full structural assembly, our sandblasting and painting facility delivers a finish built to last in demanding industrial environments.
H.E.M.E. has consistently reinvested in equipment and facilities to expand what we can offer clients. CNC technology has been a particular focus — reducing manufacturing cost, increasing precision and growing our capacity to take on more complex work.
